Philips 37'' TV (Temperamental) in Pontllanfraith, Caerphilly for sale
This TV works perfectly when on and has 2 hdmi inputs and is 1080p. The only problem with it is that it doesn't always turn on. It has to be unplugged and then back again a few times before it comes on. Once it is on it is as normal. May be an easy fix but this photo shows that it does work after a few attempts. Feel free to make an offer!
